Welcome to the AllensPlace and Greetings to all of our Friends - 3 John 14 - NWT After there marriage in 1960 Claude and Dorothy Allen started searching for a church that followed Bible principles and were disappointed by what they repeatedly found in them. First, among many disappointments in the churches they looked into, was the fact that they did not even use Gods name. Dad already knew that Gods name Jehovah should be in the bible even as a child, and later through his own personal bible research. Years later, after continued disappointment with the churches, they were eventually contacted in the door to door ministry at there home by Robert "Doc" Strong and his mother Voila Strong in 1963. Dad and Mom were intrigued at how closely Jehovah's Witnesses followed the bible. With an open mind and after diligent study and research, Parents were helped to an accurate knowledge of the Bible and were baptized in Aug. of 1967. They shared this knowledge with there children of which Paul, Earl and Cecil also came to realize that this Bible knowledge was accurate with what the Bible teaches and thus also came to live there lives in accordance with Bible principles. Claude and Dorothy's four "children" are: Paul (K7VIQ) and wife his Kathy(KD7PJW) married in 1999 and attend the Eugene, Oregon, USA, Royal Oaks Congregation. Earl attends the Eugene, Sign Language Congregation. Craig who married Kristine in 2002, enjoys computers and star trek. Cecil (KB7ZXH) attends the Eugene, Clear Lake Congregation.
